We custom mill every order and make every effort to ship orders in 4 weeks. However, some species and widths, especially wide material, have limited availability. Special orders may also require additional time. When planning your project, the more lead time you can give us, the better we can serve you.

A 50% percent deposit is required to initiate your order. The balance is due prior to shipping. We accept personal or company checks and major credit cards for payment.

Local deliveries are made by our own truck. Other orders are shipped freight collect by common carrier. All prices are F.O.B. Chambersburg, PA. We will be glad to provide a shipping estimate when discussing your order.

Firm quotes for specific job quantities are good for 30 days. Otherwise, prices are subject to change without notice.

Our minimum flooring order size is 250 square feet.
